Your First Appointment: Step-by-Step
Easy Online Registration
Once your appointment is scheduled, you'll receive a link to complete our secure New Patient Registration Form online. Please take a few minutes to fill it out accurately so our dentist can review your medical and dental history in advance.
Appointment Reminders
We'll send you friendly reminders starting a week before your appointment-via email or text-so you never miss a beat.
A Warm Welcome
When you arrive, our front desk staff will greet you with a smile. We understand that dental visits can feel stressful, and we go the extra mile to make you feel relaxed and comfortable.
What to Bring
Arrive 10 minutes early and bring your dental and medical insurance cards (if applicable), along with a valid photo ID. This helps us verify your coverage and get everything set up for your visit.
Digital X-Rays & Photos
One of our friendly dental assistants will guide you through digital X-rays and intraoral photography. We use advanced imaging technology to ensure accurate diagnostics with minimal radiation exposure.
Meet Dr. Chopra
Dr. Chopra will review your health history, X-rays, and images before greeting you in the exam room. He'll take time to understand your oral health goals and any concerns you may have. A comprehensive oral exam will follow-evaluating your gums, teeth, bite, and jaw to identify any potential issues.
Personalized Treatment Plan
After the exam, our Treatment Coordinator or Office Manager will walk you through a customized treatment plan, including your options, insurance benefits (if any), and estimated out-of-pocket costs.
Scheduling Your Next Steps
Once you're ready to proceed, we'll schedule your next visit, which may include a dental cleaning with our hygienist or treatment with Dr. Chopra. We do our best to consolidate appointments for your convenience and minimize return visits.
Time Commitment
Your first visit should take approximately one hour. We value your time and aim to stay on schedule while delivering exceptional care.
